When I am done with my 365 assignement in Sept. I will start a food blog, taking pictures of everything I make. not eat. that woud be overload...

Lo: Can't believe I blogged. Is that a word? Started with the coconut thing, Deb wanted clear instruction so I thought it would be better to show her with photos. Now if only I knew how to use this thing! Some things to note; -no formal training, just love creating things with a few ingredients. -photographing food? been doing it for years. for my memory, not professionally. -if I am not cooking about it, I am talking about it or probably looking at pictures about it. Can you say FOOD ADDICION?! -BUT it has to be worth the calories... heehee
